Relevant Consents Clause Samples
The 'Relevant Consents' clause defines the requirement for obtaining all necessary permissions, approvals, or authorizations from third parties or regulatory bodies that are needed for the parties to fulfill their obligations under the agreement. In practice, this clause typically obligates one or both parties to secure such consents before proceeding with certain actions, such as transferring assets, entering into a transaction, or using intellectual property. Its core function is to ensure that all legal and contractual prerequisites are met, thereby preventing breaches or invalidity of the agreement due to missing approvals.
