Relevant Dates. The period of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall commence on the date hereof and shall, unless sooner terminated pursuant to Section 6, continue for a three year period (such period, as extended from time to time, herein referred to as the "Term"). Subject to Section 2.2, and if the Term has not been terminated pursuant to Section 6, on the first anniversary of this Agreement and on each successive anniversary thereafter (each such anniversary an "Automatic Extension") the Term shall be extended for an additional period of one year.
