Relevant Purchasers’ Liability Sample Clauses
Relevant Purchasers’ Liability. The maximum aggregate liability of the Purchasers for all and any breaches of this Agreement and/or the Transaction Documents shall in total not exceed the Aggregate Purchaser Liability.
Relevant Purchasers’ Liability. The maximum liability of the Purchasers for any breach of this Agreement shall be the payment of the amounts referred to in Clauses 5.5.4 and 5.5.6.
