Relevant Purchasers’ Warranties. 8.5.1 The Relevant Purchasers warrant to the Seller that each of the following warranties (the “Relevant Purchasers’ Warranties”) is true and accurate in all respects on the date of this Agreement and shall continue to remain true and accurate in all respects up to and including the Closing Date as if they had been repeated at Closing by reference to the facts and circumstances then existing and on the basis that any reference in the Relevant Purchasers’ Warranties, whether express or implied, to the date of this Agreement is substituted by a reference to the Closing Date:
