Reliability Allocation. The contractor shall assign each element of the SRM an assessed and consistent reliability metric (e.g., mean time between failures). The values shall be based on one of the following methods: a) Reliability Analysis from comparable systems/elements. b) Historical reliability from predecessor systems/elements. c) Documented subject matter expert engineering estimation.
