Reliability and Maintainability Program Plan. The Contractor shall develop a R&M Program Plan that documents and details the processes and procedures utilized in the conduct and management of a R&M Program for both development and production. The plan shall be updated annually or as conditions warrant. The R&M Program Plan shall be approved by the Government. (CDRL A034).
