Common use of Reliance by Agent, Lender Group and the Bank Product Providers Clause in Contracts

Reliance by Agent, Lender Group and the Bank Product Providers. Each Obligor acknowledges and agrees that Agent, each member of the Lender Group, and each Bank Product Provider will have relied upon and will continue to rely upon the subordination provisions provided for herein and the other provisions hereof in entering into the Loan Documents and the Bank Product Agreement and making or issuing any financial accommodations thereunder.
