Reliance by Collateral Agent and Senior Lenders. The Creditor acknowledges and agrees that the Collateral Agent and the Senior Lenders will have relied upon and will continue to rely upon the subordination provisions provided for herein and the other provisions hereof in maintaining the loans and other extensions of credit under the Loan Documents and the Senior Secured Note Documents.
