Reliance by Escrow Agent. In the performance of its duties hereunder, Escrow Agent shall be entitled to rely upon any document, instrument or signature purporting to be genuine and purporting to be signed by and of the parties hereto or their successors unless Escrow Agent has actual knowledge to the contrary. Escrow Agent may assume that any person purporting to give any notice or instructions in accordance with the provisions hereof has been duly authorized to do so.
