Common use of Reliance by Escrow Agent Clause in Contracts

Reliance by Escrow Agent. The Escrow Agent shall be entitled to rely upon and act in accordance with any of: (a) the joint written instructions of Sellers and Buyer, and (b) a final order of a court of competent jurisdiction authorizing the Escrow Agent to release the Deposit, or any portion thereof, to Buyer or Sellers.

Reliance by Escrow Agent. The Escrow Agent shall be entitled to rely upon and act in accordance with any of: (a) written notice of Buyer pursuant to Section 2(a) hereof, (b) the joint written instructions of Sellers Seller and Buyer, and (bc) a final order of a court of competent jurisdiction authorizing the Escrow Agent to release the Deposit, or any portion thereof, to Buyer or SellersSeller.

Reliance by Escrow Agent. The Escrow Agent shall be entitled to rely upon and act in accordance with any of: (a) the joint written instructions of Sellers and Buyer, Release Instructions; and (b) a final order of a court of competent jurisdiction authorizing the Escrow Agent to release the Deposit, or any portion thereof, to Buyer Purchaser or SellersSeller.

The Escrow Agent shall be entitled to rely upon and act in accordance with any of: (a) written notice of Seller pursuant to Section 2(a) hereof, (b) written notice of Buyer pursuant to Section 2(b) hereof, (c) the joint written instructions of Sellers Seller and Buyer, and (bd) a final order of a court of competent jurisdiction authorizing the Escrow Agent to release the Deposit, or any portion thereof, to Buyer or SellersSeller.
