Reliance by Kick and the Burro Parties. Such Unitholder understands and acknowledges that Kick and Burro Parties are entering into the Merger Agreement in reliance upon such Unitholder’s execution and delivery of this Agreement and the representations, warranties, covenants and obligations of such Unitholder contained herein.
