Reliance by Lender; Cumulative. Each warranty, representation and agreement contained in this Agreement shall be automatically deemed repeated by Borrower with each request for an Advance and shall be conclusively presumed to have been relied on by Lender regardless of any investigation made or information possessed by Lender. The warranties, representations and agreements set forth herein shall be cumulative and in addition to any and all other warranties, representations and agreements which Borrower shall now or hereafter give, or cause to be given, to Lender.
