Reliance by Lender; Cumulative. Each warranty and representation contained in this Agreement automatically shall be deemed repeated with each advance and shall be conclusively presumed to have been relied upon by Lender regardless of any investigation made or information possessed by Lender. The warranties and representations set forth herein shall be cumulative and in addition to any and all other warranties and representations that Borrowers now or hereafter shall give, or cause to be given, to Lender pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
