Common use of Reliance by Parent and Purchaser Clause in Contracts

Reliance by Parent and Purchaser. Notwithstanding the right of Parent and Purchaser to investigate the business, assets and financial condition of the Company and the Company Subsidiaries, and notwithstanding any knowledge obtained or obtainable by Parent and Purchaser as a result of such investigation, Parent and Purchaser have the unqualified right to rely upon, and have relied upon, each of the representations and warranties made by the Company in this Agreement or pursuant hereto.
