Reliance by Persons and Entities Dealing with the Liquidation Manager. In the absence of actual knowledge to the contrary, any person or entity dealing with the Debtor and the Estate shall be entitled to rely on the authority of the Liquidation Manager to act on behalf of the Debtor and the Estate, and shall have no obligation to inquire into the existence of such authority.
