Common use of Reliance by Provider Clause in Contracts

Reliance by Provider. LEA acknowledges that Provider depends on LEA to provide accurate information regarding Student Data and agrees to correctly tag all artwork and Student Generated Content corresponding to whether or not it contains personally identifiable information before it is published and provided to Provider. LEA further acknowledges that Provider also depends on LEA to ensure LEA’s compliance with applicable state and federal law, including FERPA, regarding the disclosure of any Student Data that will be shared with Provider.

Reliance by Provider.
