Common use of Reliance by the Bank Clause in Contracts

Reliance by the Bank. All representations and warranties made herein to the Bank or incorporated hereby for the benefit of the Bank are made with the understanding that the Bank is relying upon the accuracy of such representations and warranties. Notwithstanding that the Bank may conduct its own investigation or make any determination as to some or all of the matters covered by the representations and warranties in the Bond Documents, and any certificates, information, opinions or documents delivered in connection therewith, the Bank is entitled to rely on all representations and warranties as a material inducement to the Bank’s extension of the credit evidenced by the Bond Documents.
