Common use of Reliance by the Bank Clause in Contracts

Reliance by the Bank. Except to the extent this Agreement specifically provides otherwise, the Bank shall be entitled to rely on any verbal or written notice, response, or other communication believed by it to be genuine and to have been provided by the Administrator and/or a User, and any such communication shall be deemed to have been provided by such person on behalf of the Customer.
