Reliance by the Bank. All covenants, agreements, representations, and warranties made herein by the Company shall, notwithstanding any investigation by the Bank, be deemed to be material to the Bank and to have been relied upon by the Bank and shall survive the execution and delivery of this Credit Agreement.
