Common use of Reliance by the Lender Clause in Contracts

Reliance by the Lender. All covenants, agreements, representations, obligations and warranties made herein by Borrower shall be joint and several, notwithstanding whether the proceeds of the Loan are paid to Borrower and shall, notwithstanding any investigation by Lender, be deemed to be material to and to have been relied upon by Lender.
