Reliance of Liquidity Provider. Each of the parties hereto agrees and acknowledges that the Liquidity Provider shall be a third party beneficiary of each of the representations and warranties made herein by such party, and that the Liquidity Provider may rely on such representations and warranties to the same extent as if such representations and warranties were made to the Liquidity Provider directly. The terms of this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of the Liquidity Provider, its successors and permitted assigns.
