Common use of Reliance of Liquidity Provider Clause in Contracts

Reliance of Liquidity Provider. Each of the parties hereto agrees and acknowledges that the Liquidity Provider shall be a third party beneficiary of each of the representations and warranties made herein by such party, and that the Liquidity Provider may rely on such representations and warranties to the same extent as if such representations and warranties were made to the Liquidity Provider directly. Lessee agrees and acknowledges that the Liquidity Provider shall be a third party beneficiary of the indemnities contained in Section 7(c) hereof, and may rely on such indemnities to the same extent as if such indemnities were made to the Liquidity Provider directly.

Reliance of Liquidity Provider. Each of the parties hereto agrees and acknowledges that the Liquidity Provider shall be a third party beneficiary of each of the representations representations, warranties and warranties covenants made herein by such party, and that the Liquidity Provider may rely on such representations and warranties to the same extent as if such representations and warranties were made to the Liquidity Provider directly. Lessee agrees and acknowledges that the Liquidity Provider shall be a third party beneficiary of the indemnities contained in Section 7(c6(c) hereof, and may rely on such indemnities to the same extent as if such indemnities were made to the Liquidity Provider directly.
