Common use of Reliance on a System Clause in Contracts

Reliance on a System. Each Participating Agency acknowledges and agrees that (i) the data provided to the Data Integration Hub is drawn from numerous sources; (ii) the data is specific to the point in time when drawn, and (iii) it can only confirm that, at the time of the data Transmittal, the data is an accurate representation of data contained in, or available through, the Data Integration Hub. Nothing in the DSA shall be deemed to impose responsibility or liability on a Participating Agency related to the clinical accuracy, content or completeness of any data provided pursuant to the Data Integration Hub. Furthermore, Data Recipient may not rely upon the availability of a particular Participating Agency’s data.
