Common use of Reliance on Acts of General Partner Clause in Contracts

Reliance on Acts of General Partner. No financial institution or any other person, firm, or corporation dealing with the General Partner shall be required to ascertain whether it is acting in accordance with this Agreement, but shall be protected in relying solely on the assurance of and the execution of all instruments by the General Partner.
