Reliance on Advice of Accountants and Attorneys. The General Partner will have no liability to the Limited Partners or the Partnership if the General Partner relies upon the written advice of tax counsel or accountants retained by the Partnership with respect to all matters (including disputes) relating to computations and determinations required to be made under this Article Five or other provisions of this Agreement.
