Common use of Reliance on Advisors Clause in Contracts

Reliance on Advisors. ‌ The Trustee shall be permitted to rely upon and shall not be liable for actions taken or omitted to be taken on the advice or information of any expert including legal counsel, auditors, accountants, appraisers, agents or other professional advisors employed as herein provided ("Advisors"), provided that the Trustee has met the Standard of Care in the selection and continued retention of such Advisors.
