RELIANCE ON BORROWERS' STATEMENTS, REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES. Provided that it acts with reasonable care, Bank shall be entitled to rely upon the most recently available audited and unaudited statements of financial condition and representations and warranties made by Borrowers, and Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of any such reliance.
