Common use of Reliance on Certifications Clause in Contracts

Reliance on Certifications. The Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of the Fund shall certify to the Custodian the names and signatures of the officers of the Fund, the name and address of the Shareholder Servicing Agent, and any instructions or directions to the Custodian by the Fund's Board of Directors/Trustees or shareholders. Any such certificate may be accepted and relied upon by the Custodian as conclusive evidence of the facts set forth therein and may be considered in full force and effect until receipt by the Custodian of a similar certificate to the contrary.
