Reliance on Client Communications Sample Clauses

Reliance on Client Communications. The Lending Agent shall be entitled to conclusively rely upon any certification, notice or other communication (including by telephone (if promptly confirmed in writing), telex, facsimile, telegram or cable) reasonably believed by it to be genuine and correct and to have been signed or sent by or on behalf of an approved person of the party sending such certification, notice or other communication. The Lending Agent reserves the right to notify the Client of any restrictions (self-imposed or otherwise) concerning its activities worldwide. The Lending Agent and the Client shall each have the right to consult with counsel with respect to their respective rights and duties hereunder and shall not be liable for actions taken or not taken in reliance on such advice.

Set forth in Schedule 5 hereto is a list of Approved Persons for each of the parties hereto, which list may be amended by any party from time to time upon notice to the other parties.
