Common use of Reliance on Documents Clause in Contracts

Reliance on Documents. The Warrant Agent shall incur no liability or responsibility to the Company or to any Holder for any action taken, suffered or omitted in reliance on any Class A Warrant Certificate, certificate of shares, notice, resolution, waiver, consent, order certificate, or other paper, document or instrument believed by it to be genuine and to have signed, sent or presented by the proper party or parties.
