Common use of Reliance on Exchanged Information Clause in Contracts

Reliance on Exchanged Information. If either Western Atlas or UNOVA, or a member of their respective groups, supplies information to another party upon such party's request, and an officer of the requesting party intends to sign a statement or other document under penalties of perjury in reliance upon the accuracy of such information, then a duly authorized officer of the party supplying such information shall certify, to the best of such party's knowledge, the accuracy and completeness of the information so supplied.
