Reliance on Form. The Trustee may rely on, with no further duty of inquiry, and shall be protected in acting upon, any Beneficiary Eligible Mitigation Action Certification form (Appendix D-4) reasonably believed by it to be genuine and to have been signed or sent by the proper person or persons.
