Reliance on Manager. Manager understands that Sprint Spectrum's ability to provide the Selected Services will depend largely on Manager's compliance with the Sprint PCS Program Requirements under the Management Agreement and cooperation with Sprint Spectrum. Manager agrees to comply with such requirements and to cooperate with Sprint Spectrum to enable Sprint Spectrum to perform its obligations under this agreement.
