Common use of Reliance on Merchant Clause in Contracts

Reliance on Merchant. In the performance of the Services required by this Agreement, TransFirst, its Third-Party Sender, and the ODFI shall be entitled to rely on the information, representations, and warranties that Merchant or its Authorized Individuals provide, and shall not be responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity thereof.
