Reliance on Notices. Administrative Agent shall be entitled to rely upon, and shall be fully protected in relying upon, any Notice of Advance, Notice of Conversion/Continuation or similar notice reasonably believed thereby to be genuine. Administrative Agent may assume that each Person executing and delivering such a notice was duly authorized, unless the responsible individual acting thereon for Administrative Agent has knowledge to the contrary.

Reliance on Notices. Administrative Agent shall be entitled to rely upon, and shall be fully protected in relying upon, any Notice Request for Borrowing, Rollover Notice, Request for Letter of Advance, Notice of Conversion/Continuation Credit or similar notice reasonably executed and delivered by Borrower and believed thereby by Administrative Agent to be genuine.
