Common use of Reliance on Owner’s Advisors Clause in Contracts

Reliance on Owner’s Advisors. Owner acknowledges that neither Manager nor any insurance broker that Manager or its Affiliates may retain makes any representation, warranty or guaranty whatsoever regarding: (a) the advisability or sufficiency of the insurance required or obtained under this Agreement; (b) whether the insurance made available under the Insurance Program maintained by Manager or its Affiliates is sufficient to protect Owner, the Managed Facilities and its Operations against all liability, damage, loss, cost or expense that might be incurred; or (c) any other insurance that Owner should consider for the protection of Owner, the Managed Facilities and its Operations, and Owner agrees to rely exclusively on its own insurance advisors with respect to all insurance matters.
