Common use of Reliance on Representation Clause in Contracts

Reliance on Representation. This Agreement is made by the Company with the Subscriber in reliance upon such Subscriber's representations and covenants made in this Section 2, which by his execution of this Agreement the Subscriber hereby confirms. If the Subscriber includes or consists of more than one person or entity, the obligations of the Subscriber shall be joint and several and the representations and warranties herein contained shall be deemed to be made by and be binding upon each such person or entity and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns.
