Common use of Reliance on Representations Clause in Contracts

Reliance on Representations. (a) The Company and the Trustee each acknowledge that the other will be relying, and shall be entitled to rely, on the representations, undertakings and acknowledgments of the other as set forth in this Agreement. The Company and the Trustee each agree to notify the other promptly if any of its representations, undertakings, or acknowledgments set forth in this Agreement ceases to be true.
