Common use of Reliance on Representations Clause in Contracts

Reliance on Representations. Notwithstanding any investigation, knowledge, or review made at any time by or on behalf of any party hereto, the parties acknowledge and agree that all representations and warranties contained in this Agreement, or in the Exhibits or in any of the documents, certification, or agreements delivered in connection therewith are being relied upon as a material inducement to enter into this Agreement and the transactions contemplated herein.
