Common use of Reliance on Representations Clause in Contracts

Reliance on Representations. The Subscriber agrees, acknowledges and understands that the Company and its counsel are entitled to rely on the representations, warranties and covenants made by the Subscriber herein. Subscriber further represents and warrants that this Agreement does not contain any untrue statement or a material fact or omit any material fact concerning Subscriber.
