Reliance on Spreadsheet. With respect to the duties described in Section 15.02(a), the Collateral Administrator is entitled to rely conclusively, and shall be fully protected in so relying, on the contents of each Spreadsheet, including, but not limited to, the completeness and accuracy thereof, provided by the Servicer.
