Common use of Reliance; Survival of Agreements Clause in Contracts

Reliance; Survival of Agreements. Notwithstanding any right of any Party (whether or not exercised) to investigate the accuracy of any of the matters subject to indemnification by any other Party contained in this Agreement, each of the Parties has the right to rely fully upon the representations, warranties, covenants and agreements of the other Party contained in this Agreement. The provisions of Sections 11.01, 11.07, 11.11 and 11.15 and Articles VII and IX shall survive the termination of this Agreement. With regard to Section 3.10 of this Agreement, the ISO will perform final billing consistent with Section 3.10 of this Agreement for all services provided until the Termination Date.
