Common use of Reliance upon Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Reliance upon Administrative Agent. The Covenantor and the Borrower shall be entitled to rely upon any certificate, notice or other document or other advice, statement or instruction provided to it by the Administrative Agent pursuant to this Agreement, and the Covenantor and the Borrower shall generally be entitled to deal with the Administrative Agent with respect to matters under this Agreement which the Administrative Agent is authorized to deal with without any obligation whatsoever to satisfy itself as to the authority of the Administrative Agent to act on behalf of the Lenders and without any liability whatsoever to the Lenders for relying upon any certificate, notice or other document or other advice, statement or instruction provided to it by the Administrative Agent, notwithstanding any lack of authority of the Administrative Agent to provide the same.

Reliance upon Administrative Agent. The Covenantor and any Borrower (if other than the Borrower Covenantor) shall be entitled to rely upon any certificate, notice or other document or other advice, statement or instruction provided to it by the Administrative Agent pursuant to this Agreement, and the Covenantor and any Borrower (if other than the Borrower Covenantor) shall generally be entitled to deal with the Administrative Agent with respect to matters under this Agreement which the Administrative Agent is authorized to deal with without any obligation whatsoever to satisfy itself as to the authority of the Administrative Agent to act on behalf of the Lenders and without any liability whatsoever to the Lenders for relying upon any certificate, notice or other document or other advice, statement or instruction provided to it by the Administrative Agent, notwithstanding any lack of authority of the Administrative Agent to provide the same.

Reliance upon Administrative Agent. The Covenantor and the Borrower shall be entitled to rely upon any certificate, notice or other document or other advice, statement or instruction provided to it by the Administrative Agent pursuant to this Agreement, and the Covenantor and the Borrower shall generally shall, except as provided in Section 13.11 or otherwise expressly provided herein, be entitled to deal with the Administrative Agent with respect to matters under this Agreement which the Administrative Agent is authorized to deal with without any obligation whatsoever to satisfy itself as to the authority of the Administrative Agent to act on behalf of the Lenders and without any liability whatsoever to the Lenders for relying upon any certificate, notice or other document or other advice, statement or instruction provided to it by the Administrative Agent, notwithstanding any lack of authority of the Administrative Agent to provide the same.
