Common use of Reliance upon Authority Clause in Contracts

Reliance upon Authority. Lender is authorized to transfer the proceeds of any Loans requested hereunder to the Designated Account. Borrower may designate a replacement account from time to time by written notice. All such Designated Accounts must be located in the continental United States of America and must be reasonably satisfactory to Lender. Lender is entitled to rely conclusively on any person's request for Loans on behalf of Borrower, so long as the proceeds thereof are to be transferred to the Designated Account.
