Reliance Upon Own Advisors. The Holder has relied upon and at all times hereunder has relied upon financial, investment, business, and tax advisors of his own choosing and Holder has not looked to the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or attorneys for any advice regarding the suitability of acquiring the Preferred Shares, the terms or conditions of this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.
