Common use of Relief Act Shortfall Clause in Contracts

Relief Act Shortfall. On any Distribution Date, the amount of any Interest Shortfalls will be applied to reduce the Class Monthly Interest Amount of a Class in the following order: first, to the Class C Certificates in reduction of the interest amounts payable to such Class on the related Distribution Date and, to the extent the amount of such Interest Shortfall exceeds the interest due and payable to the Class C Certificates on such Distribution Date, thereafter to the Offered Certificates, pro rata, based on the respective Class Monthly Interest Amount for each such Class on such Distribution Date.
