Common use of Relief Award Clause in Contracts

Relief Award. SEDC shall pay a one-time payment of $ 3,500 (“Incentive”), to Business as its COVID-19 relief funds in accordance with the Project, which shall be made available via direct deposit or mailed by check by the City of Seabrook. The Incentive shall not be used for Business owner salaries. Job Creation Incentive.
