Relief for Minor Subclass. (i) Revision of Facebook’s Terms of Use. Facebook will revise its Statement of Rights and Responsibilities to provide that Facebook users under the age of eighteen (18), or under any other applicable age of majority, represent that their parent or legal guardian consents to the use of their name and likeness in connection with commercial, sponsored, or related content, as set forth in the revised section 10.1 of the Statement of Rights and Responsibilities (see Section 2.1(a) above). (ii) Confirmed Parental Relationships. Facebook will encourage new users, upon or soon after joining Facebook, to include in their profile information their family, including their parents and children.
