Relief for Change in Law 12.2.1 The aggrieved Party shall be required to approach the Appropriate Commission for seeking approval of Change in Law.

Relief Sought The principal or immediate supervisor shall communicate his/her discussion to the aggrieved and his/her representative, in writing, within seven (7) workdays of receipt of the written grievance.
Compensation for default by the Authority Subject to the provisions of Clause 31.5, in the event of the Authority being in material default or breach of this Agreement at any time after the Appointed Date, it shall pay to the Concessionaire by way of compensation, all direct costs suffered or incurred by the Concessionaire as a consequence of such material default or breach within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of the demand supported by necessary particulars thereof; provided that no such compensation shall be payable for any material breach or default in respect of which Damages have been expressly specified in this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, compensation payable may include interest payments on debt, O&M Expenses, any increase in capital costs on account of inflation and all other costs directly attributable to such material breach or default but shall not include loss of Fee revenues, debt repayment obligations or other consequential losses, and for determining such compensation, information contained in the Financial Package and the Financial Model may be relied upon to the extent it is relevant.
Relief for Complainant 16. Respondents agree to promote Fair Housing, by printing the Commission’s fair housing brochure, “Fair Housing and You,” and distributing the brochure to each of their rental units on or before September 1, 2017. Respondents agree to access the brochure on the Commission’s website at: xxxxx://xxxx.xxxx.xxx/sites/default/files/publications/2013/FairHousing_English_2013.pdf Respondents also agree to send a statement to the Commission, on or before September 1, 2017, verifying that the brochure was, in fact, distributed to each of their tenants with the number of rental units it was distributed to.
Mitigation of Force Majeure The suspension of a Party’s performance under the Agreement due to a claim of Force Majeure shall be of no greater scope and of no longer duration than is required by the Force Majeure event. A Party suspending performance due to Force Majeure shall take, or cause to be taken, such action as may be necessary to void, or nullify, or otherwise to mitigate, in all material respects, the effects of such event of Force Majeure. The Parties shall take all reasonable steps to resume normal performance under this Agreement after the cessation of any Force Majeure event. If Seller cannot meet the Expected Initial Delivery Date as a result of a Force Majeure event declared by Seller in accordance with Article Two, then Seller shall work diligently to resolve the effect of the Force Majeure and provide evidence of its efforts promptly upon Xxxxx’s written request.
SCOPE & RECOGNITION 1.01 The Association recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent for all members of each local of the Union and all other employees, employed by members of the Association and despatched pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Notification of Force Majeure Event 11.5.1 The Affected Party shall give notice to the other Party of any event of Force Majeure as soon as reasonably practicable, but not later than seven (7) days after the date on which such Party knew or should reasonably have known of the commencement of the event of Force Majeure. If an event of Force Majeure results in a breakdown of communications rendering it unreasonable to give notice within the applicable time limit specified herein, then the Party claiming Force Majeure shall give such notice as soon as reasonably practicable after reinstatement of communications, but not later than one (1) day after such reinstatement. Provided that such notice shall be a pre-condition to the Affected Party’s entitlement to claim relief under this Agreement. Such notice shall include full particulars of the event of Force Majeure, its effects on the Party claiming relief and the remedial measures proposed. The Affected Party shall give the other Party regular (and not less than monthly) reports on the progress of those remedial measures and such other information as the other Party may reasonably request about the Force Majeure Event.
