Relief from performance and liability. Subject to clause 15.6, an Affected Party will be excused from performance of and will not be liable to the other party for any failure in carrying out any of its obligations under this Agreement if and only to the extent and for the time that it is prevented in whole or in part from doing so by Force Majeure.
